ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform required checks on all members as designated Assist members with their Activities of Daily Living including but not limited to room cleaning, activities, and assistance with personal hygiene. Provide transportation to and from members appointments, sometimes having to stay during appointments. Assist members with meal times and snack times Assist with activities Performing housekeeping tasks as assigned on facility checklists may include bathroom cleaning, facility laundry, and filling of supplies. Proper filing of paperwork in charts Attend all monthly in-service Completes all necessary documentation Spend a majority of working shift out on the floors interacting with members to assist in meeting their individual needs and goals.

PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent is required Valid driver license required Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
