Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to adults and individuals with diverse needs. This vital role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes growth, development, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play a key part in fostering positive experiences for of all ages. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help build trusting relationships and ensure each individual receives personalized care that encourages their independence and happiness. Duties Provide attentive care to people across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development through engaging activities focused on learning, social skills, and behavior management Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for infants and toddlers Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and classroom readiness Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding the child's progress, needs, and any concerns Support adults with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized caregiving tailored to their abilities Requirements Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly preferred Experience with behavior management strategies for people of various ages Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently while providing first aid if needed Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Passion for nurturing children's growth through teaching, caregiving, and playful interaction Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of people by providing compassionate care that fosters their development. Pay:
$10.00 - $14.00 per hour
