Job Description
Enrich Lives in Our Adult Day and Job Coaching programs, assisting adults with Developmental Disabilities! Join our team as a Direct Care Staff member and dive into a fun-filled job that balances time between our center and thrilling community outings. Enjoy adventures like trips to the Discovery Center, libraries, museums, bowling, shopping, and dining. At the center, engage with clients through cooking, art projects, board games, computer skills development, and socializing. This vibrant environment provides unwavering support and a wide variety of activities to keep boredom and burnout at bay. In addition to contributing to our Adult Day Program, you'll have the opportunity to join our Job Coaching program. You'll transition to a job coach role, assisting our clients with light janitorial tasks at our local office.
