Job Description
At Community Connections, Inc. , we are currently seeking dedicated direct care staff to provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities in their residential settings. This position offers a dynamic work environment designed to prevent monotony in daily tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills and promoting independence, self-esteem, and community integration in the lives of the individuals we serve. As a direct care staff member, you will engage in a variety of activities that may include participating in outings such as bowling, planning menus, playing frisbee golf, exercising at the gym, shopping, etc. We are seeking staff willing to work all residences between East Boise and Caldwell. Current schedule options : DAYS 48 hrs/wk; Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon 8am-8pm $3200-3380 (includes 8 hours OT weekly) •Scheduled days/nights are set and will be the same week to week however, work locations may be adjusted until we find the right fit• Pay is listed as "average monthly gross" however, we do pay hourly. Pay rate DOE, hours, and days. Experience is a PLUS but not required to work at CCI. We like to promote from within and award raises as often as possible.
