  • 9 PM | In-person About the Role Integrated Interventions is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mentors to join our team in supporting young adults on their journey toward independent living.
In this hands-on role, you'll work side-by-side with students, guiding them through daily living routines, life skills, and hobbies that foster confidence, structure, and self-reliance. Mentors play an essential role in our community-based program—offering support, accountability, and positive modeling in a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment. What You'll Do Provide direct one-on-one mentoring to students in their homes and within the community. Model and teach life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, scheduling, and personal organization. Transport students to appointments, work, and recreational activities using your personal, insured vehicle. Support students with daily routines, medication documentation , and personal development goals. Plan and participate in fun, meaningful activities —from hiking, kayaking, or fishing to art classes, crafting, or attending community events. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment , ensuring students feel empowered and encouraged. Collaborate with other staff and leadership to maintain consistency, communication, and student progress. What We're Looking For We're seeking applicants who are: Patient, dependable, and genuinely passionate about helping young adults succeed. Able to maintain professional boundaries while building trust and rapport. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback as part of a supportive team. Self-motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about getting students engaged in their community. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (college coursework in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field preferred). Must be 21 years or older. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting process. Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire and maintain certification throughout employment. Experience in direct care, mentoring, or youth support settings is a plus, but not required—we provide training! Work Environment Mentors work in individual community-based housing (not a residential facility). This position involves regular interaction with students who may display challenging behaviors or emotions. Flexibility, empathy, and a calm demeanor are essential. You'll also enjoy plenty of opportunities to get outdoors and explore Idaho's natural beauty with your students.
