Job Description
Are you looking for an awake graveyard shift? We are looking for an employee Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed from 7pm-7am (48 hrs/wk) $3500•3700 a month DOE We are seeking a vigilant, empathetic individual for a direct care role to support Nikki who has intellectual and developmental disabilities who exhibits complex behavioral challenges. You will provide awake-overnight care, implement specialized behavior support plans, and maintain a safe environment. Your role is vital in providing emotional stability, de-escalating nighttime anxieties, and encouraging personal independence. You must have a strong ability to remain calm, patient, and professional during extreme distress or high-stress behavioral incidents. Nikki loves watching movies, playing on her tablet, arts & crafts (textures), and listening to music. During the shift, there is a small requirement of light cleaning and organizing of the home. You should have some time to relax, read, watch TV, but you must stay awake.
