Caregivers for Developmentally Disabled Adults! Full Time & Part Time

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers for Developmentally Disabled Adults to provide full-time and part-time support to individuals with diverse needs. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities, including autism and other behavioral health conditions. This role involves delivering personalized care, fostering independence, and promoting community engagement in a respectful and nurturing environment. All positions are paid, offering meaningful employment opportunities for those passionate about making a difference. Duties Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and social interactions. Facilitate participation in community outings, recreational activities, and social events to encourage engagement and independence. We have company transportation and all outings are paid for! Collect data on progress and behavioral patterns to inform care plans and ensure consistent support. Document on our electronic system. Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols. No experience necessary! We train you! No certifications needed! Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to get to your shift and work in Idaho Falls Must have weekend availability. We do not offer Mon-Fri work.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
