Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment. Provide medication reminders and assist with light household tasks to maintain a safe living space. Monitor clients' health status and communicate any concerns or changes to healthcare providers or family members. Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all client needs are met with consistency and compassion. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, including observations and any incidents. Promote client safety by implementing fall prevention strategies and ensuring a clean, hazard-free environment. Experience Previous experience in home health care or personal caregiving is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
