Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and a strong understanding of the unique needs of patients requiring in-home support. This role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs, ensuring proper nutrition. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients. Skills Experience is a plus for those working with post-operative patients. Inpatient experience is valuable for understanding acute care needs. Outpatient clinic experience can be beneficial for managing ongoing health conditions.
