As a Direct Care Staff, you will be helping people with developmental disabilities live their best lives!
Duties include:
  • Assisting with meal planning, ensuring your clients are safely preparing healthy and nutritious meals.
  • Attending fun community events and activities with your clients, such as movies, bowling, sports events, concerts, etc.
  • Ensuring your clients are taking care of themselves, maintaining proper hygiene and living in a clean, sanitary environment.
  • Acting as an emotional support, companion, and guide for maintaining social skills and appropriate behaviors.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
We provide on-the job, on-going training to help you succeed. We are a small, family-oriented, locally owned company who truly care about our clients and employees.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a background check through the Dept. of Health and Welfare.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
