Staff Responsibilities Caregivers assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Meal preparation and assistance with eating Toileting, bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing Mobility support and bed transfers Laundry and light housekeeping Shopping and errands Primary Responsibilities Enhance and support each client's quality of life Provide ADL assistance while encouraging independence Accurately document services through progress notes and electronic verification Complete required training and background check prior to beginning services What to Expect Flexible and negotiable scheduling based on client and staff needs A self-driven work environment supported by open communication Agency support available daily from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Clear instructions and documentation available in each client's home Meaningful, impactful work that makes a difference Opportunities for personal and professional growth Preferred Qualifications Previous caregiving experience (preferred) Reliability and commitment to client well-being Compassionate and respectful attitude Strong time management and communication skills High ethical standards Physical stamina for daily caregiving tasks Onboarding can typically be completed within a week following a meet-and-greet with the assigned client.
