Job Description
Our preeminent Residential Habilitation / Supported Living program here at Community Connections, Inc. enables adults of all ages with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes and fully participate in community activities with the 24hr support and assistance of our team of qualified professionals and highly trained staff. Our participants live active, productive, and healthy lives that empower them to learn, grow, and take pride and pleasure in their accomplishments. We have a new residence opening soon! We are hoping to have this house staffed and opened within 2 weeks. As a night staff you may do things such as: Take them to social activities such as movies or bowling Find recipes, plan meals, grocery shop, and help them cook meals. Help with bathing, cleaning and outings! Maintain relationships with family members and friends. Model Socially acceptable behavior. While they sleep, you can sleep too! Or do homework, scroll Facebook, watch movies quietly etc. This opportunity comes with awesome benefits such as a matching 401K, health insurance, paid personal days, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement , and other advancement opportunities.
The schedule options:
Looking for 2 staff; one 3 nights a week and one 4 nights a week (sleeping night shifts- roughly 7 hrs/night of sleep) Example shifts: 36 hrs/wk; 3 nights/wk (Sun-Tue or Thu-Sat) 8pm-8am $1,762
- $1,801 average gross per month 48 hrs/wk; 4 nights/wk (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat) 8pm-8am $2,375
- $2,456 average gross per month (8 hrs OT weekly) Pay DOE Apply Today!
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Current vehicle insurance First Aid and CPR- we can certify you Every staff is required to be available at least 1 weekend shift
