Night Shift Direct Support Professional (DSP)Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals to provide overnight care and support in a residential group home setting. As a Direct Support Professional, you will help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Night Shift Responsibilities:

Monitor residents throughout the night Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed Complete light housekeeping and documentation Administer or assist with medications (if certified) Respond to resident needs and emergencies Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Compassionate and dependable Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
