Job Description
Direct Care Staff/House Manager We are looking for direct care staff and house managers to join our team! We work with adults with intellectual disabilities, so we are looking for staff who are dependable, caring, and patient. Qualifications Must have a current drivers license, car insurance and your own vehicle. At least 18 years of age Pass a background check Experience in residential habilitation is preferred but not necessary. Duties Assist participants with daily living skills and personal care needs Administer medications as prescribed and keep accurate records (Assistance with Medication Certified) Help to manage participant behaviors and redirect as needed. Transport participants in the community Benefits Paid orientation and training
