Knowledge of medication administration and patient observation techniques is essential. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Ability to provide direct support to individuals with varying needs. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are required. Cooking skills to prepare healthy meals for clients are a plus. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
