Caregiver - Friday to Monday - Twin Falls Area

Job Summary Must be 18 years or older. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and support in daily activities. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, a nurturing attitude, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Preference will be given to those candidates that are available for weekend & overnight shifts. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide medication reminders as per care plans and ensure compliance with prescribed regimens. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and assist with meal planning. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients with mobility challenges using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Provide specialized care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities. Skills Caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Strong patient observation skills to recognize changes in health status or behavior. Ability to assist clients with mobility or transfers. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families and office staff.
