We are currently seeking an outstanding caregiver to join our team. Our caregivers are the primary employees interacting with our senior residents every day to give them a good experience that promotes their health and well-being. Our caregiving team partners with other departments and leadership to resolve resident questions or concerns and to look for ways to continue improving our residents' experience. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities: Support resident health by giving them high-quality assistance with personal care tasks including dressing & laundry, grooming, mobility, bathing, shaving, incontinence care, foot care, checking vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy. Assist residents at mealtime by encouraging their dining, assisting them with their food, and partnering with kitchen staff to address resident needs. Support resident engagement and mental health by providing activities as planned and/or directed. Respond to pendants and emergencies promptly to ensure residents receive appropriate help. Communicate with residents and their families in a positive way that inspires confidence and security. Collaborate with leadership to resolve any questions or concerns shared by residents or their loved ones. Complete accurate documentation for shift assignments as required, and comply with all applicable regulations and policies impacting the work. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One year experience working as a
CNA/PCA/HHA/RA
preferred. CNA certification preferred but not required. Experience working with senior citizens preferred. Passion for helping people with compassion and empathy. Ability to collaborate as part of a care team. Pay range : $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr, depending on experience.Benefits :
