• Hours 9:00 P.

M. to 5:00 A.M. Duties include, but are not limited to: Transfer patient from the wheelchair to bed, preparations for bedtime, give medication, put the patient on the ventilator, monitor on the ventilator during the night, re-position patient during the night. Ventilator experience desired, but not required. Ventilator training will be provided. Caregiving experience of 6 months or more required. Part of the compensation is paid by the Dept. of Rehab Services and taxes will be withheld. You will receive a W-2 at the end of the year. Patient pays difference between DORS and hourly rate. Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and not mind wearing a mask. Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance. Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists. Participate in case reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client's needs and plan for continuing services. Care for individuals or families during periods of incapacitation, family disruption, or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles. Administer basic health care or medical treatments. Document client health or progress. Maintain client information or service records. Monitor health or behavior of people or animals. Develop plans for programs or services.

Pay:

From $22.50 per hour
