The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and passionate about providing quality care and support to seniors while creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Help residents with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Communicate effectively with families, nurses, and other team members Follow care plans, community policies, and safety procedures Respond calmly and appropriately to residents' needs and emergencies
Qualifications:
Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude toward seniors and residents Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a community setting Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy Respectful of residents' dignity, privacy, and independence Positive attitude with the ability to create a welcoming environment Flexible and adaptable to residents' varying needs Physically and emotionally capable of handling caregiving responsibilities Certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related field is preferred but not required Driver's license, own car and auto-insurance Can work overnight shift: 10 PM
