This is primarily an office-based position with occasional field responsibilities to support caregivers, clients, and operations. Vitable Health insurance Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Meaningful work serving seniors and their families Office-based role with occasional field interaction and community engagement Key Responsibilities Caregiver Support & Retention Serve as the main contact for caregivers and provide ongoing support. Conduct regular check-ins and address caregiver concerns. Coordinate caregiver recognition programs, birthdays, and appreciation efforts. Monitor attendance, reliability, and performance. Onboarding & Training Coordinate caregiver orientation and onboarding. Deliver both orientation and Skills training Ensure all paperwork, signatures, and documentation are complete and accurate. Track required training, certifications, and Relias assignments. Maintain accurate caregiver records in WellSky. Compliance & Documentation Maintain updated records for: Background checks Annual reviews and supervision Training and dementia certifications CNA licenses, driver's licenses, insurance, and First Aid certifications Healthcare declarations and competency tests Identification, Social Security, and work authorization documents Scheduling & Coordination Assist with caregiver-client matching. Communicate regularly with the Scheduling Manager. Help resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage needs. Participate in on-call duties once per month, including evenings and weekends as assigned. Help cover shifts if needed Communication & Collaboration Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and families. Partner with HR and leadership on caregiver retention and development strategies. Qualifications Previous experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or CNA is a must Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
