This position is responsible for supervising caregivers, coordinating client services, conducting in-home assessments, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in caregiver management and client service coordination. Responsibilities Oversee daily home care operations and client service delivery. Conduct initial client assessments and periodic reassessments. Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments. Supervise caregivers and monitor job performance. Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and Illinois regulations. Address client, family, and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner. Monitor service quality and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate client and employee records. Assist with incident reporting and follow-up. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Work closely with the Administrator to support agency growth and operational efficiency. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Valid Illinois Driver's License. Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance. Ability to travel to client homes throughout the service area. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience in home care, senior care, customer service, social services, or healthcare support services. Experience managing caregiver schedules and staffing. Knowledge of Illinois home care regulations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
