  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance.
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by offering personal care and companionship. This position requires a commitment to promoting resident rights and ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical appointments when necessary. Uphold resident rights by treating all clients with dignity and respect. Provide direct support in accordance with individual care plans tailored to each client's needs. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or social work is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in caregiving practices. Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility needs and perform light housekeeping duties.
