Job Description
Caregiver Opportunities Available - Must Have Transportation | Flexible Shifts, Steady Hours & Meaningful Work We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers who have their own vehicle and are willing to travel to client homes in the North Suburbs. Candidates must be dependable, professional, and able to provide quality in-home care support.
Location Coverage:
Deerfield, IL Lake Forest, IL Available Schedules:
Tuesdays & Fridays:
Deerfield (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) (potential for additional days)Tuesdays & Wednesdays:
Lake Forest (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Requirements:
Must have reliable personal transportation (car required) Previous caregiving or HHA experience preferred Ability to travel to North Suburb locations Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Experience with ADLs, personal care, and client support preferredResponsibilities:
Provide in-home personal care and companionship Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Ensure client safety and comfort Follow care plans and agency guidelines Communicate effectively with care team and agencyWe Offer:

Providing proactive companionship to older adults and people with chronic health conditions in their homes (e.g., discussing current events, creating artwork, reviewing photo albums). Planning activities outside the home and accompanying clients to keep them engaged with the world (e.g., trips to museums, concerts, plays, or the park). Escorting clients to doctors' appointments. Running errands for clients (e.g., grocery shopping, sundries). Reminding clients to take their medications. Doing light exercise with clients (e.g., helping with stretching routine). Assisting clients in preparing meals. Performing light housekeeping, such as dusting, tidying, and laundry.Qualifications :

A passion for caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Prior experience working with this population is valued, but not required. An accredited high school diploma, though we prefer candidates with college degrees or those currently attending colleges or graduate schools. Deep empathy and patience. Flexibility, reliability, and responsiveness. Creativity and a positive, open-hearted approach. Strong composure under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and their families.Benefits :
