This position is responsible for supervising caregivers and homemakers, supporting client services, conducting supervisory visits, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring excellent care delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both field staff and client relationships. Primary Responsibilities Supervise and support caregivers, homemakers, and CNAs in the field Conduct in-home supervisory visits and client assessments Build positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers Accept and coordinate cases from the Illinois Department on Aging, Illinois Department of Human Services, and private pay sources Create and maintain caregiver schedules and service calendars Monitor caregiver attendance, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and timesheet compliance Provide coaching, guidance, and support to caregivers Assist with caregiver onboarding, training compliance, and performance monitoring Resolve client and caregiver concerns professionally and promptly Serve as a liaison between clients, caregivers, care coordinators, and community agencies Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency software systems Monitor Plan of Care compliance and service delivery standards Document client and caregiver communications Submit activity reports and updates to agency leadership Help ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and caregiver retention Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous supervisory, healthcare, caregiving, home care, or customer service experience preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or home care clients preferred Illinois Department on Aging Community Care Program training is a plus Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Preferred Languages English Spanish Polish Other bilingual abilities are welcomed What Makes You Successful in This Role You enjoy helping caregivers succeed You communicate effectively with clients and families You stay organized and follow through on commitments You can balance compassion with accountability You thrive in a leadership role where every day is different Work Location
