- Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving
- Fill in for caregiver call-offs or planned vacations
- Help start services with new clients
- Assist with training newly hired caregivers
- Communicate availability and scheduling with the office
- Occasionally assist with introductions or office support when needed Lead Caregivers may work with a variety of clients, including seniors, adults, and children with different care needs. Requirements
- Caregiving experience required (CNA welcome)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance in your name
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel within our service area
- Must pass background check and drug screening Physical Requirements Must be able to assist clients with daily living activities including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting with mobility.
