Overview Join our compassionate team as a Part-time Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and personal care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Administer medications according to care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support residents with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts, ensuring safety at all times Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry Document care activities accurately in compliance with care plans and healthcare standards Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with specialized care such as Alzheimer's/dementia care, memory care, autism support, or hospice care Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to follow detailed care plans while demonstrating compassion and patience in all interactions Embark on a rewarding caregiving journey where your skills directly enhance the quality of life for those you serve. $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
