This is a highly interactive, activity-based caregiver role for someone who loves engaging with seniors through conversation, movement, and meaningful connection. Full Bloom Memory Care® is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is artistic and creative and able to develop personalized activities that match our client's interests, abilities, and emotional needs. Creativity and engagement are important in helping provide a positive and enriching experience. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and enjoys building meaningful connections. Our caregivers support older adults living with dementia and memory loss through person-centered care that focuses on dignity, creativity, and daily purpose. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brain-based activities, conversation, and engagement -not just routine caregiving tasks. Position Highlights This is a hands-on, relationship-centered role focused on: Senior center outings Walking and light movement Brain games and cognitive activities Creative engagement and companionship Working closely with our professional dementia care team Supporting structured, calm, connected days

As a Memory Care Partner, you will: Provide companionship and emotional support Lead simple cognitive and brain-based activities Encourage movement, walking, and daily structure Accompany the client to senior center or community outings Assist with cueing and supportive care as needed Communicate closely with Full Bloom's care team for guidance and continuity Why Join Full Bloom Memory Care?
