We are a home care agency with a heart-centered mission: matching active, mature caregivers with seniors who need a little extra support to stay independent in their own homes. The Best of Both Worlds Our organization was founded by Kiran Yocom, whose mission was inspired by her personal work alongside Mother Teresa to provide loving care and a "way to give and a way to receive". While we have over 25 years of experience nationally and have been in Dupage county for over 16 years, we are currently expanding in the area (Naperville, Wheaton, Lisle, Warrenville, Glen Elly, Winfield, West Chicago, Warrenville, Aurora, Plainfield). What You'll Do:
This role is about building a meaningful peer-to-peer relationship. Your "work" day may include:
Heartfelt Companionship:
Providing social interaction, emotional support, and a friendly smile.
Daily Living Assistance:
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes), meal preparation, shopping, and errands. Personal Care with
Dignity:
Providing medication reminders and assistance with dressing, bathing, and mobility.
Specialized Support:
Providing memory, Dementia, and Alzheimer's care, as well as recovery support following hospital stays. Around the
House:
Assisting with pet care, light yard work, or small handyman tasks.
Transportation:
Providing rides to doctor's appointments, family visits, or favorite local restaurants.
What We Offer:
Flexible Schedules:
We work around your life with no minimum hours required—perfect for those who are retired or semi-retired.
Competitive Pay:
Starting at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) with mileage reimbursement for client transportation.

We provide comprehensive training, tools, and direct access to the owners to ensure you feel prepared and valued.
Who You Are:
While we seek and value caregiving experience, we highly value life experience and a caring heart. You are a dependable, patient, and empathetic individual. You have a genuine desire to stay active and help others in your community age with dignity. You have a high school diploma/GED and reliable transportation.
