Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver Supervisor to lead and oversee caregiving teams within senior living, assisted living, nursing homes, or community care settings. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care tailored to residents' individual needs. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for residents with diverse needs, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities while managing daily operations and team performance. Responsibilities Supervise and support caregiving staff to ensure adherence to care plans, safety protocols, and quality standards across all shifts Coordinate staffing schedules, manage workloads, and oversee team training to maintain optimal resident care delivery Oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in documentation Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans that address residents' physical, emotional, and social needs Monitor resident progress and respond promptly to changes in condition or behavior, especially in memory care or dementia settings Manage operational tasks such as budgeting, inventory control, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a collaborative team environment by providing leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff members Skills Extensive experience in senior care environments such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or retirement communities Proven supervisory or management experience within home & community care or group home settings Strong knowledge of assisted living practices, Alzheimer's/dementia care, memory care techniques, and long-term care procedures Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs Excellent communication skills for coordinating with residents' families, healthcare professionals, and team members Financial acumen related to budgeting and resource management within healthcare operations Familiarity with medication administration protocols and regulatory compliance standards in senior or home care settings Join us in leading compassionate caregiving teams that enhance the quality of life for our residents! Pay:
$24.24 - $29.19 per hour
