Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team. Assist with medication reminders and basic meal preparation. Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any concerns to family or supervisors. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Follow individualized care plans designed for each client.

Requirements:

Experience in caregiving or home health care is required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
