Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homemaker/Home Care Aide to provide exceptional support to individuals in their homes. This vital role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence through personalized care. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and a proactive attitude to enhance the quality of life for those they serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Conduct patient observation Support clients with medication reminders Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and organization of living spaces Document care activities accurately in care plans while adhering to HIPAA privacy regulations Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation or dementia-related confusion Occasional transportation of clients Skills Experience in home & community care, assisted living, or long-term care environments is a plus but not required Knowledge of patient monitoring, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care techniques Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Join us in providing compassionate, professional home care that truly makes a difference!
