• Bathing and Dressing
• Getting in and out of bed, Grooming
• Cleaning and light housekeeping
• Assisting with walking
• Providing help with transportation , companionship to doctor's office, church and social eve
• Reminding to take medications
• Helping with shopping
• Grocery shop and put away the groceries
