As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering personalized care and companionship. This position requires a commitment to patient well-being, safety, and dignity. Seeking 1st (weekend) and 2nd shift (weekday and/or weekend). Duties Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Support clients with memory care needs through engaging activities that promote cognitive function. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Work effectively with individuals with dementia, ensuring their needs are met with respect and understanding. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving with Dementia/ Alzheimer's Disease. Certification in CPR is required for ensuring client safety during emergencies. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and their families. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
