- Part-time Caregiver/Home Care Aide Needed
- ALS Client (25 Hours/Week) We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide in-home support for a male client living with ALS.
Schedule:
4-12 hours per day 7 days per week (Monday through Sunday) Part time or Full time Consistent scheduleDuties Include:
Assisting with transfers between bed and wheelchair Incontinence care, including diaper changes and personal hygiene assistance Supporting daily grooming and hygiene routines Encouraging and assisting with prescribed exercises and mobility activities Light housekeeping and cleaning Meal preparation and light cooking Providing companionship and ensuring client comfort Following the care plan and reporting any concernsAdditional Information:
Client's spouse is present in the home. Caregiver will work as part of a supportive home care environmentQualifications:
Caregiving experience required CNA's heavily encouraged to apply Experience with transfers and personal care strongly preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions Must be able to safely assist with mobility and transfers We are looking for a caregiver who can provide respectful, high-quality care while helping our client maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life at home.Pay:
