Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and heart-centered caregiver to join our support system in St. Charles . This role is ideal for a local resident or someone looking for meaningful part-time work helping a neighbor maintain their independence and quality of life at home. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to provide high-quality companionship and care.
Key Responsibilities Engagement:
Provide companionship, including conversation, reading, or mental stimulation.
Household Support:
Assist with light tidying, organizing, and laundry.
Meal Assistance:
Help with simple meal prep and ensuring adequate hydration and nutrition.
Daily Living:
Assist with routine activities such as dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
Mobility:
Provide support with transfers and moving safely around the home.
Community Outings:
(Optional) Occasional walks or outings, weather permitting, to enjoy the local St. Charles area.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Previous caregiving experience (family or professional) is a significant plus.
Personal Traits:
High level of patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Reliability:
A consistent track record of punctuality and commitment.
Professionalism:
Ability to maintain a respectful and calm environment within a private home.
Schedule Part-time:
Specific days and hours are flexible and can be discussed during the initial interview.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
