Job Description

Job Overview Aria Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Companion Caregiver to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in their homes or community settings. This vital role involves fostering independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing quality of life through attentive care and companionship. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care tailored to each individual's needs. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship to reduce loneliness and promote mental stimulation through engaging conversations and activities Prepare meals aligned with dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Support clients with medication reminders Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing Skills Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, or long-term care environments Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory care needs Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for client transfers or mobility assistance Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through direct support and caregiving expertise Join us in making a positive impact every day!
