Job Description

Caregiver Opportunities - Flexible Scheduling, Consistent Hours & Supportive Team We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Care Partners (Home Health Aides / Companions) who are willing to travel and work in the North Suburbs of Chicago , including areas as far north as Lake Forest and Highland Park . We are actively expanding our caregiver network in the following communities: Skokie Waukegan North Chicago Lincolnshire Gurnee Grayslake About the
Role :
Care Partners will provide in-home support to clients in need of assistance with daily living, companionship, and overall well-being. Assignments may include a variety of home care cases based on client needs in the North Suburban region.
Requirements:
Must have reliable personal transportation (car required) Previous caregiving or HHA experience preferred Ability to travel to North Suburb locations Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Experience with ADLs, personal care, and client support preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home personal care and companionship Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Ensure client safety and comfort Follow care plans and agency guidelines Communicate effectively with care team and agency
