" in the area. Position Summary You will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of our residents. Your dedication and expertise will help create a nurturing environment where residents feel valued and cared for. If you have a heart for service and the qualifications to match, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents, ensuring their daily needs are met.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with mobility, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Be available for rotating weekend shifts (every other weekend). Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must:
• Have at least 1 year of experience in elder care or a related field.
• Be listed on the IDPH Health Registry as eligible and have Certified DSP or CNA training documented on the registry.
• Provide a signed Release to Work in a setting per IDPH requirements.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your job duties.
• Have a current TB Negative clearance document.
• Possess a valid CPR certification.
