Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs and overall condition, reporting any concerns promptly Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Support clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices as needed Document care activities meticulously, including patient observations, medication administration, and updates in care plans Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques, vital signs measurement, and dementia or Alzheimer's care CPR and First Aid certification to respond effectively during emergencies Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting patients with mobility challenges Please call us to get more information 847-277-0320
