Requirements:

Active Illinois Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year) Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID) Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
