- Named a Best Place to Work 7 years in a row Caregiver Job Duties As a Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Home Health Aide , you will provide compassionate one-on-one in-home support for seniors, including: Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Companion care and emotional support Medication reminders Meal preparation and feeding assistance Mobility support and transfer assistance Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Dementia and Alzheimer's care support Safety supervision and fall prevention Building trusted relationships with clients and families Supporting seniors in maintaining independence and dignity at home Who We're Looking For We are seeking caregivers who are: Compassionate, patient, and dependable Professional with strong communication skills Passionate about helping seniors and families Experienced in caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, PCA, senior care, companion care, or healthcare (preferred but not required) Willing to learn with paid caregiver training provided Able to pass a background screening At least 18 years old Preferred Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Previous experience as a: Caregiver CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) HHA (Home Health Aide) PCA (Personal Care Assistant) DSP Companion Caregiver Senior Caregiver Dementia Caregiver Perfect for
