Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals who require care and assistance within their home. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients by providing personalized care, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of your client at all time. This is a rewarding opportunity that enables you to make a direct impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall happiness and comfort while enabling them to remain within their home.Schedule:
Part-Time Monday, Wednesday, Friday (5 hours each day)Responsibilities:
1)Personal Care :
Assist clients with daily activities such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while respecting their dignity, privacy, and personal preferences. 2)Medication Reminders :
Remind your client to take his/her medication at the appropriate time. 3)Mobility Assistance :
Provide physical assistance and support to clients with mobility challenges, including transferring, walking, and using mobility aids such as walkers or wheelchairs. 4)Companionship :
Engage clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and hobbies to promote socialization, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being. 5)Meal Preparation :
Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions, preferences, and client requirements, ensuring a balanced and healthy diet. 6)Housekeeping :
Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living spaces, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients. 7)Transportation :
Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, grocery shopping, and other activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during transportation. 8)Communication :
Maintain open and effective communication with office staff to provide updates on the client's condition, progress, and any concerns as well as any scheduling issues or emergencies. 9)Record-Keeping & Electronic Visit Verification :
Document and maintain accurate records of client care, including daily activities, assigned tasks, any client request and any significant observations or changes in the client's condition. 10)Safety and Emergency Preparedness :
Recognize and respond to emergency situations promptly, following established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. 11)Respect and Professionalism :
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with clients, their families, office staff and other healthcare professionals. Show up to scheduled shifts on time and with a positive attitude.Benefits:

Must hold a valid Drivers License and active Auto Insurance. Must be willing to transport client. Experience in senior care, assisted living, or working with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients.
