Full Job Description Duties:

• Assist with daily activities and provide support to individuals in accordance with their resident rights
• Administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation
• Assist with lifting and transferring individuals as needed
• Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to develop and implement behavior management plans
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
• Provide support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
