We service Ft. Wayne, New Haven, Bluffton, Columbia City, Huntington and many more areas. We are hiring caregivers
IMMIDIATELY!
We allow you to tell us your weekly availability and we will only schedule your shifts according to that. We do require that you work an every other weekend rotation, with open availability. Benefits $15-16/hour starting range based on availability and experience (plus pay raises based on evaluations)
Flexible Scheduling :
We work with school and family schedules In-office on boarding 24/7 office assistance is available Paid time off after one year of employment Referral Program Bonus Programs AFLAC eligible after 90 days IM4Health Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation Must pass a background check Previous experience as an in-home caregiver, home health aide(HHA), personal care assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or personal experience with family is a plus (but not necessary) Must be willing to agree to an every other weekend rotation, with open availability on your designated weekends Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Companionship and conversation One on One client care Medication Reminders Grooming assistance Alzheimer's and dementia care Transportation and errands Housekeeping Meal Preparation Laundry Personal Care (bathing, toileting, etc.) Are you ready to make a difference in your community?
