Role:

The Caregiver plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who may require assistance due to age, illness, or disability. Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field. Certification in CPR and First Aid. Training in specialized care for conditions such as dementia or mobility challenges.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping and laundry tasks. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to family members

Skills:

The required skills for this role include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for building rapport with clients and their families. Time management skills are crucial as caregivers must efficiently balance multiple tasks while ensuring that each client's needs are met.
