Job Description
Ohana Learning Academy LLC is seeking a positive, professional, and dependable individual to serve as a Child Care Director/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents, answering phone calls, assisting with enrollment inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting the daily operations of our childcare program. Responsibilities Answer and return phone calls in a timely manner Communicate professionally with current and prospective parents Schedule tours and assist with enrollment paperwork Respond to emails, text messages, and Bright wheel communications Maintain child and staff records Assist with licensing and CCDF documentation Support staff and ensure a positive learning environment Help resolve parent concerns professionally Promote a welcoming and family-oriented atmosphere Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in childcare preferred but not required Knowledge of Brightwheel, CCDF, or Indiana childcare licensing is a plus Must pass background check and drug screening What We're Looking For Friendly and approachable personality Strong work ethic and reliability Loves working with children and families Team player with a positive attitude Problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure About Us Ohana Learning Academy LLC is a family-oriented childcare program dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
