This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want consistent, full-time work with training provided. What You'll Do Work outdoors applying lawn care and fertilization treatments. Complete daily service routes independently. Learn equipment and processes through training. Provide reliable service to customers. What We're Looking For Must have a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable and dependable. Willingness to learn. Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift. Compensation & Schedule $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Weekly bonus opportunities available. Monday-Friday schedule with seasonal Saturdays required. Year-round position. Training No experience required.
