Lawn Care Worker

We are a growing local lawn care company looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our lawn mowing team. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties to a high standard of appearance and customer satisfaction This will including Lawn Maintenance, Hedge and Shrub trimming, Landscaping, and More. As a Lawn Care Worker on our team, you operate stand on mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and edgers. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience operating all equipment, but it is not required. We are willing to train candidates that are serious about joining our team and will put forth effort. Duties and Responsibilities Operate zero-turn mowers Trim edges, sidewalks, and driveways using string trimmers and edgers Blow off grass clippings from hard surfaces Load and unload equipment safely Follow scheduled routes and complete jobs efficiently Maintain equipment and report any issues Provide professional and courteous service to customers Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport Requirements and Qualifications A valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods Familiarity with common landscaping equipment Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred) Reliable and self-motivated Schedule Monday•Friday 8 am•4 pm Up to 40 hours a week

Pay:

$18.00•$22.00 per hour
