Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities or outings to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Use proper safety protocols during heavy lifting or transfers to prevent injury for both clients and caregivers Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies Errands Experience Prior experience in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or group homes is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of patient observation, CPR certification and TB Test required Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times Join us in providing compassionate home care that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably.
