Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication and caring nature will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This vital role involves providing personalized, in-home assistance to individuals across diverse age groups and health conditions. You will support clients with daily activities and ensure their safety and comfort in their own homes. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare providers Run errands (e.g. pick up prescription, grocery shopping, etc.) Follow all safety protocols, including infection control procedures and emergency response plans Qualifications Prior experience in home care or related settings is preferred Be at least 18 years of age Ability to handle diverse situations with professionalism and compassion Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while following care plans Active certification in CPR is required Must be wiling to undergo a criminal background check and TB test Has a smart phone and knowledge of using technological apps (for time management purposes) Have reliable transportation Join us in delivering exceptional in-home care that empowers clients to live safely and comfortably.
